What we fabricate in house
Heavy-duty steel planters
Built to the dimensions your space needs rather than the sizes a store happens to carry. Steel gives a planter a hard, clean edge that reads as part of the build rather than an object set on top of it.
Custom-sized privacy fencing
Fencing built to the run, the grade, and the height you actually need. Odd spans and sloped lots are exactly where off-the-shelf panels stop working.
Signature fire features
Fire pits and surrounds fabricated to the patio they sit in, which is usually what makes a fire feature look built in rather than bought.
Steel and aluminum both

Metal work in the off season
Landscaping in northern Utah slows down in winter, but it does not stop. Planting and sod wait for the spring or fall window, while hardscape and dirt work continue whenever the ground is workable, and the shop keeps running regardless of the weather. For homeowners the practical effect is that the custom pieces of a spring project can be designed, fabricated, and finished over the winter, so the metal work is ready when the planting window opens rather than becoming the thing everyone waits on in May. If you know a project is happening next year, winter is the right time to talk about the parts of it that get built indoors.
Common questions
Can I get metal work without a full landscape project?
Sometimes. We can take standalone fabrication work in the off season, December through February, when the shop is the focus rather than the yards. It depends on what the pipeline looks like, so it is worth asking rather than assuming either way.
How long does a custom piece take?
A custom piece carries its own lead time, because it moves through several stages before it reaches your yard: sourcing the material, welding, sandblasting, and powder coating. Winter is the better window, since the shop gets the attention when we are not installing.
How do you finish the metal?
Powder coat. It is proven for outdoor use, which is what matters here with the winters and the road salt.
