Can you add a zone or a valve to my existing system?
One of our Google reviews describes an extra valve and pipe Felter installed on an earlier job. Today we focus on new sprinkler systems installed as part of landscape builds, and we do not take add-a-zone, maintenance, or repair calls.
Do I need a smart controller?
Not necessarily, and we will say so if a standard controller suits how you use the yard. Smart controllers earn their cost fastest for people who are near their water allotment or who travel and are not around to adjust a schedule.
Do you repair systems you did not install?
No. We install, and we do not take on repair or troubleshooting calls, on our own systems or anyone else's.
What does a sprinkler system cost?
It depends on the size of the yard, the number of zones, and whether we are starting fresh or working around existing landscaping. We do not publish per-service pricing. Our projects start at $10,000, and irrigation is quoted from the plan, for free, before anything starts.
When can a system be installed?
Irrigation is closer to dirt work than to planting, so it is less season-bound than sod is. Trenching runs whenever the ground is workable, and the system normally goes in ahead of the sod and planting it will feed. Once the cold sets in we stop: sprinklers and sod are the two things we cannot install in freezing ground, even while we are still out building walls and moving dirt.
