Meet Jesse Felter

Hi, I'm Jesse. I am a husband, father, landscaper, designer, and welder. I love to learn new things, and I love to work with my hands, to create, and to build.

Our small crew size and attention to detail are what set us apart from other local landscapers. Years of doing maintenance taught me what works in a landscape and what doesn't, and that has shaped how I design and install today. I make it a priority to communicate clearly and deliver the best experience and products possible.

It is very rewarding when we wrap up a project and look back at the before pictures. Landscaping requires you to wear a lot of hats for a project to be successful, and it is the best feeling when a customer is happy and excited to use their new space.

I have been in the landscaping industry for nearly 20 years. I spent over a decade working for North Ogden City, where I maintained 65 acres of parks and became a Certified Arborist along with a number of other industry certifications. As Park Superintendent, I learned how to build and care for landscapes that have to last. Those 65 acres included North Ogden Park, Bicentennial, Barker, Lomond View, McGriff, Mountain View, Wadman, Oaklawn, and the North Shore Aquatic Center grounds. At Oaklawn Park I renovated the football field, laser leveling and reseeding it with a premium seed to make the surface safer and cut down on injuries.

I always had a burning desire to go out on my own as my skill set grew, so I hung up my hat at the city and started the next chapter. We have scaled up, then back down, and finally landed exactly where I want to be: a focused, detail-driven team building outdoor spaces across Weber County.
